Featuring the New Rendering House App

Introducing our newest project with the Rendering House App, which makes the design process simple and easy to visualize so you can craft the home of your dreams. Our first collaboration features the Eden House, a two-story single family home with a spacious layout of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms of 3,588 square feet. 

This app uses 5 steps to transform this home into a design of your own. Click the photo below or follow the instructions below and let’s get started!

Step 1

After following this link to the home page, you will click on “View All Plans” to progress to the next page. As you can see, this app is powered by Rendering House, and we are so excited to show you the results of our first collaboration. 

Step 2

This is the “Select Your Home” page, where you choose which house you’d like to customize. Our first project is the Eden house, and is currently the only plan to choose from, which you can directly click to move to the next step. We hope to have more homes added soon as our project progresses!

Step 3

The next step brings you more options, where you can select certain additions to the floor plan. Here, you can choose to add a fireplace to the Living Area, as well as a bathtub to the Master Bathroom. You can even enlarge the floor plans for each level with the different configurations to get a better feel for what options you like best. Once you’ve decided on what additions are right for you, you can progress to the next page. 

Step 4

This step allows you to channel your inner Chip and Joanna Gaines and personalize the exterior of the home. Choose from a large selection of colors for the door, siding, shake, shutter, trim, and more! From a subtle Alpine Frost to a bold Atlantic Aqua, you can set the tone of your home in the loveliest shades. Once you’re satisfied with your choices, you can progress to the final step. 

Step 5

Congratulations, you’ve successfully made it through the Rendering House design phases! With your completed home, you have some options that allow you to progress however you wish:

• You can save your design as a favorite, which allows you to come back to your creative plan later. 
• You can save the file as a PDF, or share your final product via Facebook or Pinterest to inspire others with your Southern Living worthy designs. 
• If you decide this is a home you are interested in, you can choose “email brochure” to make an inquiry with our Marketing Coordinator, Hayden Schwarting, whose contact information is also available.
