With over 2000 square feet, the Alleghany is one of the larger plans at The Reserve. It features living spaces on the 1st floor, with kitchen, dining and living rooms arranged in open concept design. On the 2nd floor you'll find the owner's suite is nicely separated from the secondary bedrooms by a central hallway. The secondary bedrooms share a Jack 'n Jill bath.
