With an additional 100 SQFT of living space, the Caroline II rearranges the southern-style ranch design for a new-age twist on multi-generational living. In this home, the Master Suite is located upstairs, alongside 3 additional bedrooms, while the 5th bedroom is located on the main level. This suite-style room with attached bathroom creates a flexible and private first-floor guest room or a private mother-in-law suite. Optional media room & screened in patio are available on this home per request and at an additional charge.
