Introducing the Bishard Homes Showcase

We build homes, but you make them yours. The Bishard Homes Showcase is our way of celebrating that. From the landscaping you've tended every summer to the living room that's hosted a thousand movie nights, your Bishard Home tells a story that goes far beyond what we handed you at closing. This year, we want to give that story an audience. 

If you own a Bishard home, you're invited to enter the Bishard Homes Showcase, whether you purchased your home directly from Bishard or from a previous owner. Submit your home with the required photos and a short description. If your home is selected, we'll schedule a complimentary professional photography and videography session at no cost to you. Selected homes will then be featured in the Bishard Homes Showcase and compete for cash prizes during public voting in January. 

What Is the Bishard Homes Showcase? 

The Showcase is open to legal owners (18+) of any Bishard home. Whether you purchased your home directly from Bishard or from a previous owner, you're eligible to enter. Owner occupied, rental, and investment properties are all welcome, regardless of the home's age. You submit your application, and if your home is selected, we'll schedule a complimentary professional photography and videography session. Drone footage may be captured where weather, regulations, and conditions permit. You'll receive copies of all professional media for your personal use. 

Homes selected for the Showcase will be professionally photographed and entered into public voting during the first two weeks of January. Public voting determines the People's Choice Award and People's Choice Runner Up, while the Builder's Choice Award is selected separately by the Bishard Homes team. 

The Awards 

Three homes will win, and each award goes to a different home. 

People's Choice Award: $2,000 
Awarded to the home receiving the most public votes. 

People's Choice Runner Up: $500 
Awarded to the home receiving the second highest number of public votes. 

Builder's Choice Award: $500 
Selected by the Bishard Homes team. 

Winners will be notified after voting closes in January 2027. Prize checks will be presented following winner verification and completion of any required documentation. 

How to Enter 

Entering takes less than 10 minutes. 

Email your application to Marketing@bishardhomes.com with the subject line: 

Bishard Home Showcase – [Your Address] 

Include the following: 

• Front exterior photo 
• Rear exterior photo 
• Kitchen photo 
• Living area photo 
• Primary bedroom photo 
• Primary bathroom photo 
• A short description of why you love your Bishard Home 
• Your full name, property address, phone number, and email address 
• Confirmation that you have read and agree to the Official Contest Rules 

If your photos are too large to send in one email, feel free to send multiple emails using the same subject line.

Key Dates 

Applications Open: August 1, 2026

Who Can Enter? 

The Showcase is open to legal homeowners who are 18 years of age or older and whose home was originally built by Bishard Homes. Homes of any age are eligible, including owner occupied, rental, and investment properties. 

One application is permitted per household. 

Homes currently listed for sale are not eligible. 

Employees of Bishard Homes, their immediate family members, and members of their household are not eligible to participate. 

A Note on Content Rights 

By entering, participants grant Bishard Homes a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty free license to use submitted and professionally captured photos, videos, drone footage, testimonials, names, and related content for marketing and promotional purposes. Homeowners retain copies of all professional media for personal use. Full street addresses will not be used in public marketing materials without separate written consent. 

Bishard Homes reserves the right to determine eligibility, select qualifying homes, disqualify fraudulent entries or votes, modify contest procedures if necessary, and make all final decisions regarding the Showcase.

• Selected homes will participate in public voting during the first two weeks of January 2027. 
• People's Choice Award: $2,000 
• People's Choice Runner Up: $500 
• Builder's Choice Award: $500 
• A home may receive only one award. 
• Winners must complete required verification before prizes are awarded. 
• By entering, participants grant Bishard Homes permission to use submitted and professionally captured media for marketing and promotional purposes while retaining personal copies of the professional photos and videos.
