Company co-founders John and Steven Bishard used their passions for both the coastal lifestyle in southeastern Virginia and homebuilding to create a company that would distinguish itself for unique design and quality craftsmanship. More than 25 years after Bishard Development Corporation was introduced, we continue the tradition that the Bishard brothers began.
