#AskJenLive visits Willow Pond in Virginia Beach

Rose & Womble New Homes Specialist, Jen Barkan, is proud to host a weekly social media chat called #AskJenLive! Each week, Jen brings an adoptable dog with her while she features an available new home or new homes community. As if that isn’t cool enough, each new homes builder sponsors the dog by paying for its adoption fees once a suitable owner is found! This week, #AskJenLive visited our new homes community of Willow Pond, located in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Here is Jen's recap from her travels:

 Meet Sadie! She's a 9 year old sweetheart mix breed looking for a new home to lay her head at night. She's very affectionate, loves people & children. She would prefer to be the only furry kid though. Sadie is completely blind but she gets around very well and quickly adapts to her surroundings.    About the Area:Today I am here at Willow Pond in Virginia Beach. This community is located close to military bases, Town Center of Virginia Beach and Williams Farm Recreation Center--which features indoor/outdoor pools, weight room, track, gymnasium, skate park and more! About the Community: We're here at Willow Pond for ‪#‎AskJenLive‬! Willow Pond is a gated community and all homes are now complete--so no construction noise! Homes feature front yards and open space landscaping. Floor plans offer 3 floors of living, making a larger home more affordable!    I love all of the beautiful landscaping our builder Bishard Homes has done in this neighborhood. There are several pergolas throughout the community with knockout roses.    About the Homes:Today's featured home is the Hannah model located at 717 Valentine Lane. This home has a water feature off of the backyard which adds a peaceful ambiance off of the back patio!    Lois says this is the most popular cabinet option here at Willow Pond. It's Espresso by Armstrong Cabinets.  We're on the 3rd floor of our Hannah model here at Willow Pond. This house is such a great value with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and 3 levels of living!  Today's featured builder is Bishard Homes known for their coastal style homes and use of beach-y colors and style in their homes.
